Real-time stock positions across every site

Receipts, picks, transfers, and adjustments post to the ledger within seconds of scanning, from any warehouse, store, or 3PL feed. Available-to-promise is computed per channel against the live position, including in-transit stock, allocated stock, and holds, so you stop promising units that left the building an hour ago.

Reconciliation engine

Variances surfaced, never smoothed over

The engine continuously compares three sources of truth: the movement ledger, your source systems, and physical counts. Anything outside your tolerance bands opens a variance case with the complete movement history attached. Nothing is silently corrected. Every adjustment is a typed, attributed transaction with a mandatory reason code.

Demand forecasting

Forecasts your planners can interrogate

Weekly demand forecasts per SKU-location, decomposed into trend, seasonality, and residual, with an explicit error range on every number. Planners can override any forecast with a recorded reason; overrides are scored against actuals so the team learns which instincts to trust. Reorder proposals respect lead times, MOQs, and your working-capital targets.

Traceability & audit

Every movement attributable, forever

The ledger is append-only: nothing is edited, only superseded by new attributed transactions. Lot and serial tracking follow product from supplier receipt through every transfer to final issue, with documents attached along the way. Saved trace queries answer "where did lot X go" in minutes and export in formats your auditors and customers accept.

Roles & permissions

Scoped by action, scoped by site

Permissions are granular on both axes: what a person can do, and where they can do it. A branch supervisor approves adjustments at their own branch and only views others; a controller closes count periods everywhere but never edits movements. Floor staff sign in with SSO or device-bound PINs, and no tier charges per-seat for warehouse floor users.

Reporting

Operational answers, not report-builder homework

The questions operations actually asks are built in: record accuracy by site, shrink by reason code, fill rate by channel, aging and obsolescence exposure, count-program compliance, forecast accuracy by planner. Every report drills to the underlying movements, schedules to email, and exports clean CSV. For everything else, the API exposes the same ledger.
